Thank you for your interest in becoming an apprentice. The first step in your apprenticeship journey is the application process. We accept applicants at the start of every year based on a set of criteria as well as an in-person evaluation for qualified applicants. See below for all the information you need to know to apply to become an apprentice for Ironworkers Local 7.

There are no open office hours available. The initial application process is online only.

Once you’ve applied, please be patient and do not reach out to us about the status of your application. We do not review any applications until AFTER the enrollment application period closes.
Applicant Max Limit
Please note we will be limiting this year's enrollment to 500 applicants. The enrollment period is set to close at midnight on January 28th; however, it will close immediately once 500 applications are submitted. We recommend completing your application as soon as possible.
